Every loan application is offered free business coaching services. coaches are volunteers with experience in business, who can help you launch your start-up and answer your burning questions.<\/p>\n\n

1. Loan Application Screening and Support<\/li>\n
2. Prepare qualified applicants for Loan Review Committee<\/li>\n
3. Support applicants with business plan development<\/li>\n
4. Referral to partners<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

   Applicant Eligibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

   \n
   1. 18 years or older<\/li>\n
   2. Canadian citizen, Permanent Resident or Convention Refugee with a legal right to work in Canada<\/li>\n
   3. A resident of the Greater Toronto Area<\/li>\n
   4. Demonstrated financial need<\/li>\n
   5. Not in a consumer proposal or bankruptcy, or has been discharged for at least 6 months<\/li>\n
   6. up to date with, and not owing taxes to Canada Revenue (CRA) Authority or child support to the Family Responsibility Office (CRF) or provide proof of ongoing payments for at least 3 consecutive months<\/li>\n
   7. able to demonstrate that loan will be used for business purposes as outlined in the application and business plan<\/li>\n
   8. business loans cannot be used to pay off debts<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

      1. Proof of income, e.g. copy of pay stub<\/li>\n
      2. Credit report and score from Equifax or Transunion<\/li>\n
      3. Notice of Assessment from Canada Revenue Authority<\/li>\n
      4. Business Plan and Cash Flow Projections<\/li>\n
      5. Business Registration, if registered<\/li>\n
      6. Two pieces of valid photo IDs (e.g. Driver\u2019s License, Passport, or Immigration Documents)<\/li>\n
      7. Proof of residence, e.g. utility bill, bank statement, etc.<\/li>\n
      8. Resume<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
