People who are unemployed and underemployed that have an interest in being entrepreneurs including:

• Immigrants/Newcomers
• Refugees
• Undocumented residents
• Single parents
• Youth
• Low income women and men

Currently our clients are coming from across the Greater Toronto Area.  In the future we may expand our catchment areas.
